Apex is a modular standard kiosk design series providing off-the-shelf enclosures that can accommodate a wide array of configurations. This design features a VESA mount LCD that can be configured for a 19-inch, or 21.5-inch LCD mounted in portrait or landscape presentation. Enclosure base options include a full-height pedestal for free-standing deployment, or a smaller base option for compact countertop installation needs.
The Apex combines a brilliant Projective Capacitive (PCAP) touch display paired with a flush-mounted PC, providing all-in-one space efficiency. The zero-bezel flush face and minimalist lines complement any retail or hospitality setting. Apex transaction component options include a side-mounted payment device (multiple), a receipt printer, and a 1D / 2D barcode scanner. All models are ADA Compliant.
All components in the Apex (except the preferred payment device) are manufactured by Posiflex, World Leader in POS terminals and related componentry, best known for highly reliable devices with lifecycles that far exceed industry averages. This allows Alert Enterprise to provide attractive pricing and lead times on this popular design series.

19″ or 21.5″ display. Full-height pedestal for freestanding deployment in lobbies, retail floors, and healthcare waiting areas.
Apex Wall Mount
19″ or 21.5″ display. Space-saving wall-mount configuration for corridors, gate lanes, and turnstile-adjacent installations.

The Apex Series is available in three standard configurations, countertop, pedestal, and wall mount, each supporting 19″ or 21.5″ display sizes in portrait or landscape orientation. All models are ADA compliant and Guardian-ready.
Apex Countertop — 19″ or 21.5″ Display
Compact footprint designed for counter, desk, or shelf-top mounting. Low-profile base (16″ × 12″) keeps the deployment unobtrusive while maintaining full Guardian functionality.
Apex Pedestal — 19″ or 21.5″ Display
Full-height freestanding kiosk on a 20.28″ × 14.18″ base plate. Portrait and landscape display orientations supported. The most popular Apex configuration for lobby deployments.
Apex Wall Mount — 19″ or 21.5″ Display
VESA-compatible wall bracket configuration. Eliminates floor footprint entirely for corridor, hallway, and turnstile-adjacent placements. Supports all standard peripheral options.
