Platform capability

Built for Real-World Physical Security Operations

Security teams today manage increasingly complex access environments across employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors. Many organizations still rely on fragmented systems and manual processes to manage physical access, which introduces operational inefficiencies and security risk.

According to verified customer feedback on G2, practitioners consistently highlight how Guardian helps solve these challenges by bringing identity, access, and security operations together into a unified platform.

What customers say

Identity-driven automation for physical access

One of the most consistent themes in practitioner feedback is the value of automating access changes based on identity lifecycle events.

Security teams frequently manage thousands of access changes across employees, contractors, and vendors. When these processes rely on manual updates between HR systems and badge platforms, delays and errors can create unnecessary risk.

Customers note that Guardian helps automate these processes by connecting identity data directly to physical access policies. When a user joins the organization, changes roles, or leaves, physical access can be automatically provisioned or revoked according to defined policy.

This automation not only reduces administrative overhead but also helps organizations ensure that physical access remains aligned with identity governance policies.

Compliance & governance

Supporting Compliance and Access Governance

Compliance and audit readiness are also key drivers for organizations adopting PIAM solutions.

Security practitioners using Guardian report the ability to run large-scale access recertification campaigns across facilities and user populations. These automated processes help ensure that access rights remain aligned with policy and that outdated or unnecessary access is removed.

By automating governance processes such as access reviews and approvals, organizations can improve compliance while reducing the effort required to maintain audit readiness.
