AlertEnterprise Prepares Enterprises for Final Push Against COVID-19 with Vaccination Data and Analytics Now Added to Health and Safety Software Modules
As vaccine distribution for COVID-19 ramps up with millions of inoculations planned, organizations need to gain accurate insights into the immunization status of their workforce. AlertEnterprise today announced the launch of new COVID-19 vaccination management features in its Health & Safety Access Governance and Intelligence modules that help further support company return-to-work playbooks, prepare the enterprise for a final push against COVID-19 and protect the well-being of workers.
New features centralize and correlate immunization data with workforce identities and workplace access, providing organizations insights and controls needed to meet stringent policies and compliance related to workplace health and safety. The software takes on the heavy lifting of proactive policy enforcement, automating and streamlining the logistics based on immunization results. It enables employees and contingent workers to upload vaccination documents through the secure self-service web portal or mobile app, while the platform’s integration framework also provides the ability to securely connect to third party healthcare and vaccination applications for documentation upload.
Businesses will gain a full view of vaccination among the workforce population with the platform’s analytics and dashboards, and automate physical security controls to deliver frictionless access to the workplace according to COVID-19 vaccination re-entry policies.
“The availability of vaccines is a welcomed light at the end of the tunnel on the journey to defeat COVID-19,” said Jasvir Gill, CEO and Founder of AlertEnterprise. “Working closely with our customers, we understand the many challenges they still face with vaccination management and a safe return to work. By adding workforce immunization data to our Health & Safety modules, we’re supporting a final push to reopening and recovery, helping customers quickly adapt and continue to protect their workforce from the pandemic.”
Part of the Guardian platform, an SAP Endorsed app, the Health & Safety Access Governance and Intelligence modules help organizations automate and proactively enforce policies for workforce re-entry, workspace social distancing, infection response and maintaining business continuity. Powered by the AlertEnterprise Security Convergence platform, the software modules integrate with HR, IT and Physical Security, delivering role-based access governance and actionable insights to help protect the workforce while on the job.
