Technical Analyst

Role:
As a Technical Analyst, you will be design and deliver innovative solutions for our clients. This includes
AlertEnterprise product suite implementations and tailored custom integrations.

Responsibilities:
A professional at this position within AlertEnterprise has following responsibilities:

• Performing Analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities and business processes, technology, design etc.
• Assist in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and as appropriate their supporting technologies.
• Performing application design activities (e.g. writing functional designs, use cases), portions of technical architecture, High Level Design (Software Design Specifications), Detailed Design Documents.
• Performing Tests and Deployments of Alert Solutions on various web servers and test business processes along with configurations.
• Perform use case demonstrations to internal and end clients.
• Setting up Alert application in Lab and customer environments and act as point of contact for few modules.
• This role includes approximate 50% travel to Alert Customer sites.

Qualifications:

• A degree in computer science
• 1-3 years working experience in functional and/or technical design of technology applications or
  integrations using Java or any other language.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of UML, XML and SQL.
• Programming Knowledge or experience
• Software Development Lifecycle knowledge
• Knowledge of Security or Identity and Access Management is a plus.
• Knowledge on Big Data platforms like Hadoop or configuration experience on similar kind of
  platform or applications is a plus.
• Knowledge on SAP ERP, Oracle, and People soft is a plus.
