Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models and algorithms to enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and define project requirements.
• Implement and optimize natural language processing and computer vision techniques.
• Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and data preprocessing.
• Test and validate models to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Document and communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI and machine learning development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software development principles.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with deploying AI models in production environments.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning and deep learning techniques.
• Understanding of data privacy and ethical AI considerations.
